Kenya’s Flower Industry Expo

From 2–4 June, IFTEX will once again be the vibrant centre of the Kenyan and international floriculture industry, where breeders, growers, suppliers and buyers of quality cut flowers come together. Expect to discover the latest in African-grown flowers, innovative products and services, and connect with business partners from across the industry. IFTEX takes place at the Oshwal Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.

Meet us at stand B5.21

This year marks the first time that Marginpar will be exhibiting at IFTEX. Our sales team from Aalsmeer and Kenya will be available at the Marginpar stand (B5.21) to tell more about our unique summer flowers, answer any burning questions and connect with floriculture professionals from all over the world.

Our wide range of flowers will be on display, including new varieties that are ready to take the market by storm.

About Marginpar

Marginpar’s journey began in 1988, when we started growing cut flowers and supplying them to the Dutch flower auctions. Since then, our assortment has expanded to more than 100 different varieties, carefully selected for their distinctive beauty, resilience and quality.

Today, our flowers travel across the world to auctions, wholesalers, retailers and florists. At Marginpar, innovation begins with close collaboration throughout the supply chain. By building on each other’s strengths, we continue to grow together.

African-grown flowers

Our cut flowers are grown at different locations around the equator, ensuring year-round availability. We have farms in Kenya and Ethiopia, as well as long-term partner farms in Tanzania and Zimbabwe. Our seven Kenyan farms grow many of our standout varieties, including Eryngium, Clematis, Astrantia, Hypericum, Delphinium, Craspedia, Asters, Phlox, Gypsophila, Limonium, Solidago and many more.

Caring for our people and the planet is at the heart of what we do. We take a holistic approach to long-term sustainability, guided by Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. Our Kenyan farms have all earned Kenya Flower Council (KFC) Gold or Silver certification.
